Be a UniSQ student for a day UniSQ is welcoming Years 11 and 12 students on campus for the upcoming 2025 Experience UniSQ Days. Held at Toowoomba, Springfield and Ipswich campuses, these events encourage high school students to explore their study options and find their passion. Students will participate in tailor-made sessions across different study areas and can ask lecturers any questions they might have.

BiG Day In
BiG Day In events are for students in Year 9 - 12 . They give students the opportunity to explore careers in technology and gain insight into ‘university life’ so they can make better informed decisions about their future.
At the BiG Day In students can learn about courses, degrees, work experience, internships, apprenticeships and engage with hands-on demonstrations.
Students will attend sessions covering career paths, career opportunities, the latest developments, and the future of technology. In the breaks, they will visit exhibitor stands to speak with Company and University representatives.

University of Sydney - International Science School | 2- 15 July, 2025
From 2 - 15 July 2025, 110 top science students from across Australia and around the world will gather online for ten days of science.
The University of Sydney are looking for talented, enthusiastic year 11-12 students from across Australia — rural, regional and remote; public schools and independent; north, south, east, and west.
Students can join the university for two weeks of research talks, lab tours, hands-on experiments and social activities.
Transport, accommodation, meals and activities are free/

Experience university life firsthand at the 2025 Discover ACU. This free event, tailored to students specific study interests, offers an in-depth look at what it is like to be a university student.
At the Brisbane ACU campus, students will find a range of sessions on topics including business, education, nursing, midwifery, paramedicine, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, law, and criminology, plus guided campus tours.

'Experience UQ Skills' on Thursday 16 May, is a free, full day of hands-on, interactive workshops at UQ Gatton for Years 9 - 12 students considering vocational study including apprenticeships and traineeships, in agriculture, allied health, animal care, entrepreneurship or maritime (boating) (including VETiS, Certificates, Diplomas Apprenticeships and Traineeships).
